Day 359: A Christmas Selfie

Merry Christmas to everyone who celebrates it!  It’s been a very long day for me but a good one.  Today’s sketch is of me on Christmas morning.  It’s the 25th of the month today and as far as I remember that makes it #SelfieArt Day so here’s my Christmas selfie.  It’s actually the first sketch I’ve done of myself that I’m not completely unhappy with.  I’m not entirely convinced that it actually looks like me but still … I think I’m making some kind of progress here.

My doodles on the hand were even sillier than usual today.  I’m gearing up to vandalize another pair of shoes so I was trying to brainstorm ideas of things to draw on them with little to no success.  It doesn’t help that my marker is running out of ink again either.  I miss my brush pen.  I’ve ordered a new one since I lost the old one.  Now I just need to wait for it to come in.  In the meantime I may need to switch to my multiliner though.  The marker seems to be on its last legs.  Now it’s definitely way past my bedtime though so goodnight and Merry Christmas!
